Howdy! Thanks for taking the time to learn about Josh’s Appliance. There’s not really a whole lot to cover here so I’ll just tell you a bit about myself. I like fixing appliances. It keeps them out of landfills while saving the owner money. It’s also interesting to learn about different brands and compare how they’re made. It’s also fascinating sometimes because since I don’t just work on a single brand or type of appliance, sometimes I’ll get to a house that has something I’ve never seen. I like that, keeps things interesting.
Josh’s Appliance can arrive fast. Because I am a small business and only provide local service, I can get you scheduled and arrive on-site faster than many larger companies. I keep my truck stocked with the most common parts so that many times I can make the repair on the first visit! I also have 2 supply houses I deal with that are both very well stocked and close-by so if a second trip is needed, it usually doesn’t take long.
Josh’s Appliance offers an industry leading warranty. Because we use factory parts, we are able to extend that quality and warranty on to you. Most of the time, you’ll never need the warranty, but at least you’ll have the peace of mind knowing that if the part fails prematurely, you’ll be covered. In fact, on most of our parts, we offer a full 1 year warranty!
Josh’s Appliance has fair & competitive prices. I’ll be honest, I don’t know what everyone’s charging out there but I can say that we will not overcharge you. I don’t mark up parts and just charge simple retail on them. I also have a fair service call fee and even waive the service call fee on repairs so all you pay is for the part and labor.
Well, there’s the highlights. I’ll throw a few more interesting facts in here so it’s not all strictly business. When I’m not repairing appliances, I might be designing or consulting with someone about an Edible Landscape. Or, I’ll be helping my wife with her Herbal Health & Wellness business.
